Having heard Max’s demands, Zetta reminds those gathered of their earlier failures, but expresses a willingness to let the road warrior try. The other members of the inner circle are wary of putting their fates in Max’s hands, but Pappagallo agrees to Max’s proposal and the deal is struck.
